The Meaning Behind the Align Logo

The Align logo is built around a simple, arching form inspired by a rainbow—a symbol of hope, promise, and new beginnings. For me, it marks the start of this new chapter. It represents resilience, optimism, and what’s possible when we rebuild with intention.

 

The four lines in the design represent my family—my anchor and motivation in all that I do. But they also stand for people: individuals who may start out disconnected or on different paths. When supported by a clear foundation—represented by the solid line beneath—they align.

 

That bottom line is process. It's structure. It's the systems that hold people up and help them move forward—together.

 

The logo is a visual reminder of what I aim to create: alignment between people and process, so everyone can thrive.
