I started Align, LLC after over a decade in healthcare administration, youth nonprofits, and athletic club systems. I’ve seen firsthand how clunky workflows and disconnected teams can lead to frustration—for staff and the communities they serve.

 

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Western Oregon University, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Marylhurst University. This foundation has helped me approach process improvement with a people-first mindset, balancing operational needs with real world experience.

 

I believe process improvement should be about more than efficiency, it should feel human. That’s why I work directly with teams to identify pain points, co-create solutions, and build documentation that ensures change sticks. I’m here to help your organization run smoother, support your people better, and align your work with your mission.

 

Outside of my work with Align, I stay closely connected to my community—coaching youth soccer, volunteering at school, and serving on our PTO board. I also spend as much time as I can with my husband and our two daughters, who inspire and remind me daily why meaningful work matters. That perspective keeps me grounded in what’s most important: people.
